1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ShareFam, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Account holders who create a family space act as administrators for that space.

3. Acceptable use

Use ShareFam respectfully and lawfully. Do not upload harmful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or access data belonging to families you are not a member of.

4. Family roles and content

Family administrators manage members, roles and permissions. You retain ownership of the content you create, and you grant ShareFam the limited permissions needed to operate the service for you.

5. Connected apps

ShareFam includes connected experiences such as the AI Tutor, Family Trusts and Pequity. Additional terms may apply to specific apps and will be presented where relevant.

6. Plans and billing

ShareFam offers a free plan and may offer paid plans with additional features. Billing terms for any paid plan will be presented clearly before you subscribe.

7. Service availability

We work to keep ShareFam available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ShareFam evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform.
